Welco, A.K.A. Experiment 074, is an illegal genetic experiment created by Jumba Jookiba. She is designed to shoot temporary indestructible bubbles. Her one true place is at a bubble factory. She appears in Stitch!.
Experiment 074 was the 74th genetic experiment created by Jumba with Hämsterviel's funding. She was designed to shoot temporary indestructible bubbles. 074 and the other first 624 experiments were deactivated and smuggled to Earth by Jumba during his mission to capture Experiment 626.
All of the experiment pods were released and scattered across the island of Kauai.
Stitch would be tied to Welco's balloon during the foretasted typhoon, and he would drown when the balloon popped, and would have no chance of survival as he would be restrained from movement. Suddenly, the bubble cloud popped beneath Hämsterviel, and he plummeted to the ground. Later, Gantu set a trap for Stitch with Welco accompanying him. Yuna fell into it instead.
The plan changed and it was decided that Yuna would be bait for Stitch, so they suspended her in a hot air balloon made of dozens of Welco's balloons. Nobody noticed Yuna until five minutes before the balloons popped. When the clock reached 0, her makeshift balloon-basket hit the water, and Stitch dived in to save her, almost making it before sinking. Tigerlily saved them both.
The fate of Welco after this is unknown.
Welco is a pink balloon dog-like experiment with dark blue humanoid eyes, big lips and a heart-like tail.
Welco can blow indestructible bubbles that last only temporarily. Her bubbles can somewhat stick together, and therefore can be formed into a cloud. Her body contains a form of helium or another light air, and this causes her to float.
Through some means, she can inflate indestructible balloons that last around 30 minutes. Such means are probably accomplished through her tail or the pink orbs on her head, which is in the same shape as some of her balloons.
